this article which give reasons for why Internet can not replace/substitute libraries. In some assingments submitted to me, I saw that students are not very clear about the role of libraries in the Intenet era. Hence this positing.

It's an ignorance basically to compare internet with a library.And it's unfortunate to say that a libray can be equivalent to internet only when it gives quick information retrieval, impartial service & wide accessibility nevertheless one can't disagree with the uniqueness of the library that is absent in internet.
